What do we buy
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is to establish an RMSO for representative of a government department, agency or Crown corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 as well as organizations participating in the Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI). This procurement tool is for the supply of plumbing supplies, excluding tools, on an as and when requested basis, for delivery of goods in Ontario.
How do we buy
- The standing offer (SO) prices are based on percentage discounts from the prices listed in the Allpriser Redbook for categories 1 to 23
- The Allpriser Redbook (plumbing and heating) price guide (Ontario edition) is the industry standard for setting benchmark prices and is updated every few weeks to ensure pricing information is up-to-date and accurate
- The RMSO is a firm 2 year requirement with 2 option periods of 1 year
- For requirements less than or equal to $100,000 (including all applicable taxes and costs of delivery):
- authorized users should make call-ups against the SO that represents best value and meets their immediate needs
- For requirements greater than $100,000:
- federal user requirements:
- PSPC contracting authority (CA) division may, at its discretion, exceed the individual call-up limitation
- the requirements which exceed the $100,000 needs to be approved and issued by PSPC CA
- CCPI user requirements:
- if the CA for specific CCPI identified user has provided, the offeror written notice of a financial limitation for call-ups (either on an individual basis for each call-up or in the aggregate for all call-ups issued), then the offeror shall not accept any call-up against the SO which would exceed such financial limitation unless the contracting authority has specifically identified that it may do so in writing
- federal user requirements:
- There is 1 vendor supplying all of Ontario region
