How do we buy
- 1 standing offer (SO) is to be issued for an initial period of 2 years, with the option to extend the offer by up to 3 additional periods of 1 year each
- Offerors must provide firm unit prices for each item, as well as a firm lot price per single kit containing 1 unit of each of the individual items listed, with volume pricing discounts provided for call-up purchases made for higher quantities
- The SO will be issued to the responsive offer submission with the lowest aggregate offer price
- Delivery points for the goods of this SO will be to locations across Canada, excluding those covered by Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCA)

Value / Savings / Considerations
As a result of the business volume, economies of scale are generated by the use of the SO. Canada benefits from having quick access to standardized equipment for use by duty officers in the performance of their work.
