What do we buy
Public Services and Procurement Canada is to establish a NMSO for government departments, agencies, Crown corporations, and organizations participating in the Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI).
This requirement is for the maintenance, repair and/or minor extension of existing intrusion detection and access control system (IDACS) and includes the purchase equipment related to access control systems, such as:
- card access control panels
- turnstiles
- door locking devices
- badging equipment
- intercom equipment
- software (Alert, OnGuard, etc.)
- maintenance

- The standing offer (SO) is used to buy a wide variety of security hardware products
- Vendors are typically authorized resellers and/or distributors available across Canada
- Prices are delivered duty paid (DDP) to destination
- Users normally select the products from one or multiple manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) lists, depending on their individual requirements
