Updates to the temporary help services for the National Capital Region method of supply

Important changes to the temporary help services (THS) for the National Capital Region (NCR) method of supply.
Amendment on buy and sell
An amendment to the temporary help service for the National Capital Region Request for a Supply Arrangement has been posted on buy and sell to reflect the following:
- the threshold for the right-fit pilot program has been increased to $400,000 (including all applicable taxes and travel)
- a “corporate changes” provision has been added, allowing additional possibilities for supplier prequalification
- a new clause has been added to the supply arrangement (SA) that allows for quicker administrative amendments
- clauses pursuant to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel have been added
- updates have been added regarding applicable trade agreement sections
- various administrative and formatting changes have been made throughout the Request for a Supply Arrangement (RFSA), including the updating of the email address for the THS in the NCR team
Impact of these changes
As a result of these changes, all existing SA holders are being issued a copy of the revised supply arrangement for signature.
The request for proposal templates have been updated to reflect the changes to the right-fit business rules and the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel.
