Ineligible and suspended suppliers under the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy
This list contains the names of suppliers that were determined to be ineligible or suspended by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)’s Registrar of Ineligibility and Suspension. As per the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy they are ineligible to enter, or suspended from entering, into a contract or real property agreement with the Government of Canada.
As the prime contractor, the information in this list can help you ensure that you:
- enter into contracts only with eligible subcontractors
- hold eligible subcontractors to the same terms and conditions as those that appear in your own contracts
