Why we recommend using the online portal
Public Services and Procurement Canada's (PSPC) Contract Security Program (CSP) offers authorized users access to the OLISS portal allowing them to:
- complete, sign, and submit personnel security screening forms electronically
- verify and confirm the status of personnel security screening records
Using OLISS:
- is convenient and secure
- is faster and more accurate than completing forms out by hand
- allows PSPC's CSP to initiate the process more quickly
Security officer portal registration
If you are a company security officer (CSO) or alternate company security officer (ACSO) of an organization registered in the PSPC's CSP, you can register for OLISS by emailing: tpsgc.ssisedsisensibilisation-issolissoutreach.pwgsc@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
Ways to complete and submit personnel security screening forms
Complete and submit forms online
When using OLISS to create the personnel security screening request, the portal will:
- determine the forms required based on the personnel security request being created
- identify the sections of the form that must be completed
- allow electronic signature and submission of the form
Steps for completing and submitting a form online
Once the request is created in OLISS:
- select the required form
- complete all of the sections listed for the form
- submit the form, once all sections have been completed
Complete and submit forms by hand
Steps for completing and submitting a form by hand:
- consult Table A to determine the required form
- select and print the form
- complete and submit the personnel security screening forms
