We have been notified that the above employee has transferred to your Department, Agency or Corporation. In accordance with the Public Service Superannuation Regulations, the following information is provided for purposes of tracking this employee's pensionable Leave Without Pay (LWOP) in order to determine when he will reach the maximum permitted limits (refer to Superannuation Administration Manual Special Bulletin 2000-006).
