Preparing for CanadaBuys
Recently, Public Services and Procurement Canada launched CanadaBuys, a new suite of procurement services to help suppliers do business with the Government of Canada. The new services are designed to be easier and quicker to use than ever.
To prepare for the transition to CanadaBuys, suppliers are encouraged to register their business through SAP Ariba, the new electronic procurement solution. Please contact the CanadaBuys service desk should there be any trouble getting started on SAP Ariba.

Request for supply arrangement: Quarterly refreshes
The request for supply arrangement (RFSA) solicitation for the PASS quarterly refreshes (E60ZQ-180001/D) is posted on the CanadaBuys website.
Since PASS has moved to perpetual refreshes, which means that it no longer has a scheduled re-competition, the closing date of the RFSA is December 31, 2100. As a result, existing PASS suppliers who currently hold an SA do not need to submit an arrangement unless they wish to qualify for additional streams or offer services in additional regions and/or metropolitan areas.

Supply arrangement
The period of the SA is from April 1, 2019 until such time as Canada chooses to re-compete the SA or no longer deems the SAs necessary.
