Centralized Professional Services System Supplier Module and Data Collection Component
A Data Collection component is launched in the Supplier Module. Suppliers (existing and new), are able to login/enroll at any time and be in a “ready” state to respond to upcoming renewals of professional services’ methods of supply.
Key features of the Data Collection component are as follows:
- Information on current and upcoming renewals for professional services will be displayed through a "Dashboard", providing "at a glance" information for each Supplier
- At the end of a renewal process, the data submitted by the Supplier can be viewed by the Supplier
- Once the Data Collection component is used for a renewal, the data submitted by a Supplier through the Data Collection component can be retrieved and used for subsequent perpetual refreshes or future renewals
- The "Main Supplier Contact" and "Contacts" will be able to track the progress/status of their data input
- Each Supplier will have a "Main Supplier Contact" and two (2) "Contacts", for data input
